Vòng \u0111àm phán di\u1ec5n ra trong b\u1ed1i c\u1ea3nh cùng ngày, Hãng thông t\u1ea5n ISNA d\u1eabn l\u1eddi ông Mohammad Qanadi, Phó Giám \u0111\u1ed1c C\u01a1 quan N\u0103ng l\u01b0\u1ee3ng Nguyên t\u1eed Iran, nói r\u1eb1ng trong nh\u1eefng tháng t\u1edbi, Iran s\u1ebd có "tin vui" v\u1ec1 nh\u1eefng thành t\u1ef1u h\u1ea1t nhân c\u1ee7a n\u01b0\u1edbc này.<\/p>\n
