Th\u1ed1ng \u0111\u1ed1c Ngân hàng Nhà n\u01b0\u1edbc (NHNN) v\u1eeba h\u01b0\u1edbng d\u1eabn chi ti\u1ebft v\u1ec1 vi\u1ec7c cho vay c\u1ee7a các ngân hàng th\u01b0\u01a1ng m\u1ea1i \u0111\u1ed1i v\u1edbi khách mua, thuê mua nhà \u1edf thu nh\u1eadp th\u1ea5p t\u1ea1i khu v\u1ef1c \u0111ô th\u1ecb, theo ch\u01b0\u01a1ng trình c\u1ee7a Chính ph\u1ee7<\/strong>.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Theo \u0111ó, các cá nhân là cán b\u1ed9, công ch\u1ee9c, viên ch\u1ee9c, l\u1ef1c l\u01b0\u1ee3ng v\u0169 trang h\u01b0\u1edfng l\u01b0\u01a1ng t\u1eeb ngân sách nhà n\u01b0\u1edbc và ng\u01b0\u1eddi có thu nh\u1eadp th\u1ea5p t\u1ea1i khu v\u1ef1c \u0111ô th\u1ecb, s\u1ebd \u0111\u01b0\u1ee3c vay v\u1ed1n \u01b0u \u0111ãi \u0111\u1ec3 mua và thuê mua nhà \u1edf thu nh\u1eadp th\u1ea5p theo quy \u0111\u1ecbnh.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

N\u1ebfu mua tr\u1ea3 góp, khách hàng ph\u1ea3i có v\u1ed1n t\u1ed1i thi\u1ec3u 20%. <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

T\u1ea1i quy \u0111\u1ecbnh này, NHNN yêu c\u1ea7u các ngân hàng cho vay không quá 70-80% giá tr\u1ecb c\u0103n nhà. Th\u1eddi h\u1ea1n cho vay t\u1ed1i thi\u1ec3u là 5 n\u0103m, trong tr\u01b0\u1eddng h\u1ee3p vay nhà tr\u1ea3 m\u1ed9t l\u1ea7n ho\u1eb7c 10 n\u0103m n\u1ebfu tr\u1ea3 góp.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Vi\u1ec7c cho vay \u0111\u1ed1i v\u1edbi ng\u01b0\u1eddi \u0111\u01b0\u1ee3c mua, thuê mua nhà \u1edf thu nh\u1eadp \u0111\u01b0\u1ee3c th\u1ef1c hi\u1ec7n theo c\u01a1 ch\u1ebf tín d\u1ee5ng thông th\u01b0\u1eddng. <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

H\u1ed7 tr\u1ee3 lãi su\u1ea5t c\u1ee7a Nhà n\u01b0\u1edbc \u0111\u1ed1i v\u1edbi ng\u01b0\u1eddi mua, thuê mua nhà \u1edf thu nh\u1eadp th\u1ea5p \u0111\u01b0\u1ee3c th\u1ef1c hi\u1ec7n theo h\u01b0\u1edbng d\u1eabn c\u1ee7a B\u1ed9 Tài chính. Tuy nhiên, vi\u1ec7c lãi su\u1ea5t th\u1ebf nào còn ph\u1ea3i ch\u1edd h\u01b0\u1edbng d\u1eabn c\u1ee7a B\u1ed9 Tài chính.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Chính sách này \u0111\u01b0\u1ee3c ban hành trên c\u01a1 s\u1edf các c\u01a1 ch\u1ebf, chính sách phát tri\u1ec3n nhà \u1edf cho ng\u01b0\u1eddi có thu nh\u1eadp th\u1ea5p t\u1ea1i khu v\u1ef1c \u0111ô th\u1ecb \u0111ã \u0111\u01b0\u1ee3c Th\u1ee7 t\u01b0\u1edbng ban hành. <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Ti\u1ebfp theo \u0111ó,  B\u1ed9 Xây d\u1ef1ng c\u0169ng \u0111ã ban hành thông t\u01b0 h\u01b0\u1edbng d\u1eabn ph\u01b0\u01a1ng pháp xác \u0111\u1ecbnh giá cho thuê nhà \u1edf sinh viên, công nhân, ng\u01b0\u1eddi có thu nh\u1eadp th\u1ea5p và giá bán, giá thuê mua nhà \u1edf cho ng\u01b0\u1eddi có thu nh\u1eadp th\u1ea5p thu\u1ed9c các d\u1ef1 án do các thành ph\u1ea7n kinh t\u1ebf tham gia \u0111\u1ea7u t\u01b0. <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n
